About the event
We will have lunch, a club meeting and play/work our setters in the field. (Not necessarily in that order!) A Zoom option is possible; please contact Patty McBride at briarpatch.englishsetters@gmail.com if you need this - Kristen anticipates the meeting will start around 2 p.m. Our Club Secretary will not be in attendance, so we will engage a volunteer to scribe minutes in her absence.
AGENDA ITEMS will include: Update on status of AKC transition of our club from CCESC to ESCC; Final vote on updated Constitution and Bylaws; Results of Specialty Venue Assessment Committee research and work forward on next year's club specialties - we will provide current details and SAVE THE DATE INFO; other club business
